Nurse Practitioner Bilingual/Spanish

Ms. Jessica Elizondo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC was born in Houston, Texas but was a migrant child for the first 12 years of her life traveling thru the Western part of the United States. Her parents worked in the fields as labor workers picking apples, cherries, and grapes. Ms. Elizondo resided in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas from age 12 to age 40. Ms. Elizondo recently moved to Houston, her birth city in 2023 with the purpose of serving the Houstonian population. Ms. Elizondo is fluent in Spanish and English.

Ms. Elizondo obtained her Master’s Degree from Chamberlain University in 2021. Ms. Elizondo has a Bachelor’s in Arts and a Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing. She enjoyed nursing prior to becoming a nurse practitioner and prides in offering excellent bedside manners due to her nursing background. Ms. Elizondo has a strong conviction in protecting the children by offering physical, emotional, mental, and environmental stability so they can thrive in a healthy world.

Ms. Elizondo has a strong sense of gratitude with life for being able to be a positive influence in a child’s life. She believes people are not defined by the circumstances of life and tries to empower children to believe all dreams are possible.
