Insurance and Billing
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid, CHIP, and several commercial insurance providers. Please visit our insurance page or contact our office for a full list.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify coverage details and they will assist you in understanding your benefits.
We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Appointments and Visits

Please bring your child’s insurance card, a photo ID, any forms that need completion, a list of current medications, and any pertinent medical records.
Legal Parent / Guardian must be present at the first visit to fill new patient package.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.
If you are running late, please call our office and select option 9 and leave a voicemail. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate other patients.
Yes, you can request a specific pediatrician when scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Well-child visits are typically scheduled at key developmental stages: newborn, 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, and annually thereafter.
Medical Concerns
If your child needs immediate medical attention, please call our office during business hours and select option 3. If it’s an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
We follow the recommended vaccination schedule provided by the CDC. Your pediatrician will discuss your child’s specific needs during appointments.
If your child needs to see a specialist, your pediatrician will provide a referral at your visit. Please allow 2-3 Days for referrals to be processed.
Regular check-ups with your pediatrician can help monitor your child’s development. If you have concerns, please discuss them with your doctor during these visits.
In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
Office Policies
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to appointments. For no-shows, we request 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a missed appointment fee.
Late Clinic till 6pm and Saturday Appointments please call to make reservations.
